A vacuum packing bag equipped with a clamping unit is provided to make the inside to be vacuum state again in re-storing food stuffs by an exhaust unit and to prevent the air from flowing into an opening in loosening the clamping unit while storing or transporting the packing bag by a locking unit. The vacuum packing bag(B) equipped with a clamping unit(40) is composed of two sheets(S1,S2) laminated with an inner thermal bondable film and an outer gas impervious film, connected to each other by vertical bonding portions(Sc) formed at both ends, and provided with an upper opening(Sa) and a lower horizontal boding portion(Sb); the clamping unit with the length corresponding to the width of the sheet and airtightly closing up the opening by holding two sheets; a body attached on one or both of two sheets and formed with an air exhaust hole; a closing member for covering the air exhaust hole of the body; and an exhaust unit having a fixing member to prevent the closing member from being separated from the air exhaust hole.
