<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To differently control a transmission rate of uplink user data in a mobile station UE in an SHO state and a transmission rate in the uplink user data of the mobile station UE in a non-SHO state. <P>SOLUTION: In this transmission rate control method, a radio network control station RNC manages a first temporary identifier to be assigned to the mobile station UE in the soft handover state and a second temporary identifier to be assigned to the mobile station in the non-soft handover state, decides that the mobile station UE shifts between the soft handover state and the non-soft handover state, assigns the first temporary identifier or the second temporary identifier to the mobile station UE based on the decision of shift; and a cell setting a radio link with the mobile station UE controls the transmission rate of the uplink user data in the mobile station UE using the first temporary identifier or the second temporary identifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
