PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor cushioning structure having excellent resilient performance in athletic use, withstanding excessive load, and having excellent construction performance regarding the floor cushioning structure of a gymnasium, a multi-purpose hall, or the like. SOLUTION: The floor cushioning structure is formed by disposing an elastic member 32 at the upper part of a receiving member 30 of a floor support leg 2, and placing a sleeper member 4 for supporting a floor board, on the elastic member. The receiving member 30 has side face parts 42, 43 and regulating parts 44, 45 respectively formed bending upward from a bottom face part 40. The elastic member 32 has a bottom plate part 56 placed at the bottom face part of the receiving member so that the upper face is formed in a position above the upper ends of the regulating parts, and side plate parts 60, 61 formed upward from the lateral ends of the bottom plate part 56 to internally contact the side face parts of the receiving member. The sleeper member 4 is placed and held in the elastic member 32, and when the compressive deformation of the elastic member reaches a predetermined quantity due to the load from the sleeper member, the sleeper member abuts on the regulating parts of the receiving member to limit the deformation of the elastic member.
