Frame system contains a clamp profile (2) with a contact surface (21) and a frame profile (1) which in the cross section is basically rectangle-shaped with two binding sides (1a,1b) and two transverse sides (1c,1d) whereby at first binding side a stop element (11) is formed in one piece with frame profile. Stop element is essentially right angled at a distance from first binding site which forms a contact for door sheet frame or door sheet. The frame profile has one clamp groove (12) which forms a binding site adjacent to stop element and is inserted into the clamp groove of the frame profile so that plate forming element e.g. a glass plate, is clamped between the stop element and stop surface. An independent claim is also included for the frame profile for frame system.
