<p>A liquid-phase chromatographic separating column comprises a column head and a column body. The column body constitutes of a barrel , solid-phase adsorbents filled in the barrel and filter discs located at both sides of the adsorbents which can prevent the adsorbents leaking and allow flowing phase to pass through them. One end of the barrel has a liquid outlet and the other end is a inlet end. The column head includes a head body with a feed inlet, a shell cover, a wedge and an outer round wall disposed on the shell cover axially. The head body is installed on the side of the barrel's open end and connects with the inner wall of the barrel hermetically. The outer round wall on the shell cover connects with the open end of the barrel and the wedge is clipped in the groove of the head body.</p> |
