PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module for continuously outputting stable electricity even without charging from the outside. SOLUTION: The self-sustaining recovery type generator uses a battery cell having strong self-sustaining recovery power generated by making an electric stone react with lithium. It is possible to continuously output the stable electricity by providing a plurality of the switching battery cells and a central processing unit, which executes the management to power generation, switching, and output such as setting for switching battery cells, surplus electricity switching, electric-current checking, and a function for checking a battery state of the central processing unit, in the battery module since it requires several hours for the battery cell, whose voltage is dropped to a fixed voltage due to the output, to recover.
