A belt conveyor cleaner apparatus is provided to satisfy lubrication function with a protection liquid by injecting the protection liquid onto a belt of the belt conveyor. A belt conveyor cleaner apparatus includes a removal section(110) and a protection liquid injection unit(120). The removal section has a tip cleaner attached to a lower portion of the outer periphery of a moving roller, and removes the residual conveyed object dregs after freely falling the conveyed object by coupling a rotational shaft fixing a peripheral object with a coupling hole formed at a lower portion of the tip cleaner to regulate the rotation angle of the tip cleaner. The protection injection unit is disposed between the cleaner section and a return roller. The protection liquid is supplied from a tank filled with the protection liquid. The pneumatic pressure transferred from outside and the hydraulic pressure of the protection liquid are mixed to coat a protection film on the belt.
