METHOD FOR PRODUCING COFFEE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing coffee liquid having excellent blood pressure lowering action.

SOLUTION: This method for producing a coffee composition which contains 0.01-1 mass% of chlorogenic acid and hydroxyhydroquinone at <0.1 mass% of chlorogenic acid content comprises bringing a porous adsorbent into contact with coffee extracted solution in a pressure condition of 0.01-10 MPa.
