The device has an inserted plug shaped sealing body (2) made of elastic material under formation of a stack retainer for entire or partial elastic module that lies side by side between the cables, pipelines and/or pipes. The module is designed as a separated adjusting piece (7) that clamps an accommodated unit over the body in a level of a frame by a pressure plate (12) or adjustable clamping unit, where the accommodated unit is sealed in the frame. A boundary side of the retainer has a wedge-shaped free space for accommodating an insertable wedge-unit after mounting the module.
