Provided is a method for preparing a pure salt seasoning to remove harmful materials such as heavy metals and arsenic completely and to prevent the destruction of mineral components. The method comprises the steps of mixing the impurities-removed underground deep water with salt in a ratio of 7:3, filtering the prepared salt water with a cotton cloth, and heating the obtained salt water at a temperature of 500-700 deg.C for 2-5 hours to evaporate water completely, thereby producing salt crystal; injecting the salt crystal into a ceramic container and heating it at a temperature of 1,300-1,500 deg.C in the sealed furnace with pine tree firewood for 8-15 hours to allow the salt crystal to be separated into a transparent upper part and an opaque lower part; disjoining the sealed entrance of the furnace and naturally cooling salt for 2-5 hours; and cutting the boundary of the cooled salt crystal and pulverizing it.
