Provided is a method for preparing a pure salt seasoning which is free from harmful materials such as heavy metals and arsenic and is rich in mineral components. The method comprises the steps of filtering sea water with a cotton cloth, leaving the filtered sea water alone for 2-3 days to precipitate the impurities, and removing the precipitated impurities; heating the obtained sea water at a temperature of 500-700 deg.C for 2-5 hours to evaporate water completely, thereby producing salt crystal; injecting the salt crystal into a ceramic container and heating it at a temperature of 1,300-1,500 deg.C in the sealed furnace with pine tree firewood for 8-15 hours to allow the salt crystal to be separated into a transparent upper part and an opaque lower part; disjoining the sealed entrance of the furnace and naturally cooling salt for 2-5 hours; and cutting the boundary of the cooled salt crystal and pulverizing it.
