A vacuum contact control device is provided to maintain contact force of an electronic magnet with electric-power saving, non-vibration and non-arc maintenance by using instantaneous control electricity of contacting and releasing of contact point, and maintenance of contact force of the electric magnet, by fixing the electronic magnet to a fixing part of a fixing device. A vacuum body unit installs a connection part of a coil(ADA), a fixing contact point(AA) and a displacement contact point(AB) of a contact point control device(A) using an electronic magnet(AD) externally, and installs the fixing contact point(AA), the displacement contact point(AB), a cross bar(AC), the electronic magnet(AD), the coil(ADA), a fixing iron core(AE), a displacement iron core(AF) and a spring(AG) in a vessel of a vacuum body. A control unit contacts/releases the displacement contact point to/from the fixing contact point through controlling conduction to the coil of the electronic magnet. A unit contacts/releases the displacement contact point(AB) to/from the fixing contact point(AA) through conduction/power failure to the coil of the electronic magnet.
