<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an image to be photographed precisely even if turbulence occurs in conveyance. <P>SOLUTION: When skew occurs in a paper sheet P being conveyed, sensors 64, 65 detect the amount of skew in the paper sheet P from the difference of timing when the leading end of the paper sheet P is detected. According to the amount of skew, variation is detected in timing when the image G on the paper sheet P reaches the photography area of the CCD camera 60 to correct the photography timing of the CCD camera 60 by that amount. As a result, the image G to be photographed is photographed precisely without deviating the timing when the image G to be photographed reaches the photography area of the CCD camera 60 from the photography timing of the CCD camera 60 even if the skew causes the turbulence in the conveyance in the paper sheet P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
