<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively predict input operation for a plurality of operation items (subwindows) belonging to the same window. <P>SOLUTION: A proposal window PG 14 stores the input contents of input operation received from a user, an operation target and the information of a window to which the operation target belongs in a statistical information DB 18 together with transition information indicating the transition of active windows based on past input operation and manages these stored information.
