The decoration column has lower column foot (2) and upper pillar crown (3) which are interconnected by the connecting prop (4) of basic frame over which flexible covering material (5) is held by attachment rings on its entire length. The covering material is clamped on pillar crown and fixed at the column foot by attachment rings in wavy or gear tooth pattern.
