<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propolis transformant capable of effectively exhibiting physiological action, such as anticancer action, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a health food. <P>SOLUTION: This propolis transformant is given by transforming the propolis by utilizing bacidiomycetes and classified into a propolis fermented product and a propolis enzymatically-treated product. The propolis fermented product is produced by subjecting the propolis to fermentation treatment with mycelia of the bacidiomycetes and the propolis enzymatically-treated product is produced by subjecting the propolis to enzymatic treatment with an enzyme derived from the mycelia of the bacidiomycetes. The enzymatic treatment is preferably conducted by using a culture supernatant of the mycelia of the bacidiomycetes. The propolis preferably comprises an extract of the propolis, more preferably comprises an extract of the propolis with an alcohol, and furthermore preferably comprises an extract of the propolis with ethanol.
