<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material with a high dimensionless figure of merit capable of lessening thermal conductivity while keeping resistivity low. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion material is represented by a composition formula (Zn, Al)O, of an n-type thermoelectric conversion material.
