<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lengthy thermal transfer image accepting sheet which increases productivity in a manufacturing process and which is reproduced by removing a faulty portion. <P>SOLUTION: The lengthy thermal transfer image accepting sheet has a joined portion and a mark which is provided at the joined portion and lets a printer detect the existence of the joined portion. In this sheet, the joined portion includes a region wherein the end portion of a sheet before processing is joined with the end portion of another sheet before processing. Moreover a joined part in this sheet includes a region wherein after an area containing a defective part existing in the sheet before processing is removed, the front and rear cut planes having been in contact with the removed area are joined together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
