PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered flexible flat cable which can be further integrated without losing merit of conventional flexible flat cable such as space saving or simple connection facility, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: A flat cable body (10a) of a first layer is formed by laying five pieces of conductors (2a) between two sheets of insulation films (1a, 1b) different in length, having heat fusible adhesion layer on one face, in a manner that the heat fusible layers face each other toward inside, forming conductor terminal exposed parts (t1) at both ends, and by fusion bonding both end parts, and a flat cable body (10b) of second layer is formed by laying two pieces of conductors (2b) between two sheets of insulation films (1c, 1d) different in length, having heat fusible adhesion layer on one face, in a manner that the heat fusible layers face each other toward inside, forming conductor terminal exposed parts (t2) at both ends, and by fusion bonding both end parts. Faces of the conductor terminal exposed parts (t1, t2) of the flat cable bodies (10a, 10b) are turned into one face, and flat cables are superposed on each other with an inter-terminal space (s1) formed between exposed parts.
