PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement method of electronic commercial transaction for performing settlement processing without making personal information flow to a network even when it is possible for a user to use only one network.

SOLUTION: This electronic commercial transaction system 10 is preliminarily provided with a personal information DB403 in which the IP address of an information terminal 101 and the personal information of a user of the information terminal 101 are registered so as to be associated with each other. The settlement proxy receiving means of a settlement proxy authentication server 405 receives a settlement proxy request from a store server 301, and acquires the IP address of the information terminal 101. When an IP address matched with the acquired IP address and personal information associated with the matched IP address are registered in the personal information DB403, the settlement proxy authentication means authenticates the settlement proxy request from the store server 301.
