PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring the quality of a communication capable of measuring the quality of the communication provided to a user for a mobile-communication terminal device while being capable of easily collecting measured data.

SOLUTION: A measuring control unit 61 for a portable telephone 10 made to inform the lapse of a timer setting time requires an HTTP-communication measuring processing to an HTTP-communication measuring section 63. The HTTP-communication measuring section 63 in which the HTTP-communication measuring processing is required accesses to a server device on an internet in the HTTP-communication measuring processing S51, and measures the acquiring time of an information. A measuring-report processor 64 prepares a measuring report from measured data based on the acquiring time of the information in a measuring-report processing S6, and transmits the measured report to a server system connected to a network as required.
