PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit, a method and an apparatus for performing the adjusting of an electronic circuit with low noise and a high resolution. SOLUTION: According to one embodiment of this invention, a capacitance value is adjusted by performing pulse width modulation to a control voltage applied to a switch which exists in series with a capacitor. The pulse width modulation of a control signal can be adjusted by using an entry stored in a lookup table based on the appropriate method such as using an analog or digital control signal. The frequency response and characteristics of the electronic circuit are adjusted by changing the capacitance values.
