Provided are a conductive carbon thin film pyrogen solution which can replace a nickel-chromium alloy wire and is reduced in the irradiation of electromagnetic wave, its preparation method, and a pyrogen such as carbon thin film quartz glass, carbon thin film slate, carbon thin film metal material, etc. The method comprises the steps of carbonizing carbon black at a high temperature, firstly pulverizing it, preparing a carbon black cake from the pulverized one, heat treating the cake at 200 deg.C for 2 hours, and pulverizing and sieving it to prepare a refined carbon having a size of 60-70 micrometers; mixing distilled water, silicon dioxide, and potassium oxide to obtain water glass; and mixing 15-40 parts by weight of the refined carbon, 0.3-10 parts by weight of an aqueous dispersant, and 0.2-1.0 parts by weight of a silicone-based antifoaming agent based on 100 parts by weight of water glass and mill-pulverizing the mixture to prepare a colloidal carbon solution.
