A cable connection terminal is provided to solidly connect housed cables to each other by housing the cables in a cut groove of a connection part and then closely attaching a cover part to a head part of the connection part. A helix screw(12) is extended from a head part(11) in a coupling part(10). A cut groove(13) is formed in the coupling part and cut in a U-shape so as to house a cable. Through-holes(31a,31b) are formed in a cover part(30) so that both ends of the helix screw can be inserted into the through-holes. When a nut(15) is coupled onto the helix screw, the cover part is closely attached to the head part so that the housed cable is connected to the coupling part. A spring washer is inserted onto the helix screw when the nut is coupled onto it so that the nut is restrained from being released. A plurality of unevenness portions having steps in a release direction of the nut is prepared on the cover part so as to prevent rotation of the spring washer when the nut is released from the helix screw.
