A hopper cover fixed with a batcher plant, for preventing a mixer-truck hopper from being water-washed is provided to prevent deterioration of physical properties of concrete, such as deterioration of stiffness, segregation of ingredients, and bleeding. A hopper cover(1) fixed with a batcher plant, for preventing a mixer-truck hopper(3) from being water-washed, comprises a cover body(10) and a raising and lowering unit(20). The cover body, having a shape corresponding to the mixer-truck hopper, is lowered and mounted into the mixer-truck hopper when concrete is shipped out. One end of the raising and lowering unit is fixed to a lower end of a batcher plant mixer(2), while the other end is fixed to an upper end of the cover body. A resilient spring is interposed in the middle part of the raising and lowering unit, in order to support the cover body to be automatically lowered by weight of the concrete when the concrete is shipped out. A lower end of the cover body is made of rubber for contact with the mixer-truck hopper. |
