A system for preventing a white plume phenomenon using self-waste heat is provided to reduce fuel cost and minimize installation cost by heating exhaust gas using waste heat of the exhaust gas itself, eliminating the white plume phenomenon at a minimum cost by increasing temperature of condensed exhaust gas using steam or heater, and prevent the white plume phenomenon efficiently without modification of the structure or location of an existing stack. A system(100) for eliminating a white plume phenomenon using self-waste heat of exhaust gas comprises: an exhaust gas heater(110) comprising a hot line(112) for passing high temperature exhaust gas in a superheated vapor state emitted from combustion gas emitting facilities, and a cold line(114) for passing exhaust gas of which internal moisture is eliminated to a predetermined extent, wherein heat is transferred from the high temperature hot line to the low temperature cold line; and a condenser(130) comprising a plurality of cooling tubes(134) having cooling water passing through an inner or outer part thereof to exhaust the moisture-removed exhaust gas to the cold line again after condensing high temperature exhaust gas flown in from the hot line, thereby eliminating moisture from the high temperature exhaust gas, wherein condensation water extracted from the exhaust gas is stored in a lower part of the condenser and then discharged to the outside through a condensation water induction pipe(136) with a valve(138), and the exhaust gas heater and the inner or outer parts of the tubes of the condenser are coated with Saekaphen.
