A potable device having a hand strap is provided to make a predetermined obtuse angle between a display unit, installed in the front of the portable device, and a table by forming an insertion groove in the rear of the portable device and inserting one side of a hard decoration member, composing a hand strap combined with one side of the portable device, into the insertion groove, so that a user can comfortably monitor the display unit for a long time through simple operation. In a potable device(1) having a display(3) in its front and has a ring(2) formed in its side. A hand strap(10) is combined with the ring(2). The hand strap(10) comprises the followings: a strap(20) combined with the ring(2); and a hard decoration member(30) combined with the strap(20). In the rear of the portable device(1), one or more insertion grooves into which one end of the decoration member(30) is inserted are formed. By the decoration member(30), the portable device(1) is erected to be oblique from the bottom to the rear.
