A method for displaying an Internet site in a mobile communication terminal supporting wireless Internet is provided to reduce an access time even in the mobile communication terminal having limited resources by displaying a downloaded markup document on a screen after parsing the document as much as a quantity to be displayed on one screen and decoding the parsed document. A method for displaying an Internet site comprises the following steps of: obtaining information about a screen size and a font size of a mobile communication terminal(S100); downloading a markup document from a site to which a user has connected through wireless Internet(S102); and parsing the downloaded markup document in a tag unit as much as a quantity to be displayed on a screen, and then decoding the document before displaying the document on the screen(S104,S106). By using the obtained information about the screen size and the font size, it is determined whether the information satisfies the quantity to be displayed on one screen.
