A system and a method for automatically restoring/managing Internet connection are provided to quickly restore Internet connection problems which occurs in a computer installed to an unmanned area while keeping the normal Internet connection, and restore the normal Internet connection after quickly checking whether abnormal Internet connection is caused by an individual problem of each computer or entire network. A signal transmitting module(33) periodically transmits a signal during a normal operation of the computer(30). Each tester(31,32) sends the signal to servers(10,20) and checks a response of the signal. The first controlling module(41) receives power through a power line different from the computer and receives the signal transmitted from the signal transmitting module. The second controlling module(51) determines Internet connection possibility of the computer by checking the normal operation and the response of the computer. A power managing module(52) turns on/off the power of an Internet communication device according to control of the second controlling module while managing the power of the Internet communication device for realizing the Internet connection through the computer.
