#CMT# #/CMT# The head has a frame (1) fixed to a pressurized chamber through a conveyor belt. A set of horizontal rollers (2, 3) includes a set of actuators (6-8) e.g. pneumatic actuators, and seals (4, 5) between the rollers and the frame are in the form of pneumatic actuators without the pistons. The rollers are placed on the top of each other and pressed against opposite faces of the belt, where the actuators are completely sealed and operated at a low pressure. The rollers and a set of seals (4, 5) are connected to the actuators. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a control process for a heat treatment machine with sealing heads provided with actuators. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for a heat setting machine for heat treatment of a textile thread (claimed) that is utilized in a textile industry. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The actuators are completely sealed, with no sliding component outside the pressure chamber, thus eliminating the risk of fluid leaks. The actuators are operated at low pressure, thus preventing any risk of overheating, and hence avoiding damage of the operation of the head. The head prevents untimely opening of the head following the emergency stoppage, provides easy access to the components subject to wear, and provides perfectly controlled process for accessing the interior of the chamber of the machine. The utilization of the actuators develops significant loads under low fluid pressure while taking up only a small space, thus avoiding sealing problems and providing the head with low production cost. The utilization of the actuators resists aggressive environments and high temperatures, require no maintenance and operate with angular and axial misalignment. The utilization of the actuators eliminates the need for a special guiding, and hence allowing the actuators to be easily and rapidly mounted and removed, without the complex adjustment or special tooling.
