A hinge apparatus of a mobile device is provided to enhance the reliability of wiring as well as to reduce the size of components by widely forming large interconnection holes around a central portion of a hinge apparatus. A fixed hinge bracket(20) is fixed at a main body of a mobile device. A movable hinge bracket(30) is fixed at a rotary part of the mobile device. A fixing unit(40) rotatably fixes the movable hinge bracket(30) to the fixed hinge bracket(20). The first cam is formed at a central portion of a lower surface of the movable hinge bracket(30) such that it can be rotated together with the movable hinge bracket(30), and includes at least pairs of mountain portions and valley portions. The second cam(70) has a cam profile corresponding to the mountain portions and the valley portions of the first cam and installed to be axially movable at the fixed hinge bracket(20). An elastic member(80) elastically supports the second cam(70) in the direction of the first cam between the fixed hinge bracket(20) and the second cam(70).
