摘要 An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance brightness of the OLED(Organic Light Emitting Device) by optimally arranging TFTs and electric lines without decreasing an aperture ratio of the OLED. A first signal line(121) is formed on a substrate. A second signal line(122) crosses the first signal line. Plural TFTs(Thin Film Transistors)(154a,154b) are formed on the substrate and directly or indirectly connected to the first and second signal lines. Planarization reinforcement units(128a,128b) are formed on the same layer as one of the first and second signal lines and electrically isolated from the first and second signal lines and the TFTs. An insulation film is formed on the first and second signal lines, the TFTs, and the planarization reinforcement units. A first electrode(124a) is formed on the insulation film and connected to one of the TFTs. A light emitting unit is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(124b) is formed on the light emitting unit.
