A rack of a dish washer for a restaurant is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by controlling a size of space formed by installing a partitioning plate selectively in a fitting projection of a rack body. A rack of a dish washer for a restaurant comprises a partitioning plate(200) having an assembling cutout unit(220) and forming plural spaces corresponding to the bore of a container in a rim(110); and a fitting grooves(121) where the partitioning plate is selectively inserted in a right and left direction in a four way rim of a rack body. The space formed by a partitioning plate has various sizes according to the container. The fitting grooves of the rack body combined to the partitioning plate are formed by first, second, and third fitting protrusions(120,130) protruded from an inside surface of the four way rim of the rack body.
