摘要 An optimized resampler adapted ultrasound image diagnostic device and a method for optimally resampling an ultrasound image in spatial compounding are provided to generate a real-time resample LUT without a resample LUT generation stage that is an additional initial process in the spatial compounding. An input image count determining unit(110) compares an input image from a transducer array with a geometry number. A resample LUT(Look-Up Table) generator(120) sequentially generates a resample LUT for respective input images, when the count of the input image is equal to or smaller than the geometry number. When the counter is greater than the geometry number, a resample LUT referring unit(130) refers to the resample LUT corresponding to the respective input images. An input storage(150) sequentially stores resampling images corresponding to the respective input images. An image synthesizer(160) spatially combines the resample images, which are stored in the input storage. A scan converter(170) transmits the synthesized input image to a display unit.
