A measurement apparatus for measuring the amount of wear of gears is provided to rapidly and conveniently measure the amount of wear of gears by analyzing spectrum of oil in a gear box. A measurement apparatus for measuring the amount of wear of gears includes a gear box, an idle gear(12), a drive gear(22), a drive unit(20), a pair of oil circulation pipes(31), an oil cooling device(30) and an analysis apparatus(50). The idle gear is inserted into a center shaft(11) installed at a gear box. The drive gear is inserted into a rotary shaft(21) and engaged with the idle gear. The drive unit is connected to the rotary shaft. A pair of oil circulation pipes is connected to one side of the gear box. The oil cooling device is connected to the oil circulation pipe. The analysis apparatus analyzes a spectrum from the oil.
