A cooling boiler is provided to improve cooling efficiency and to reduce costs and energy consumption by applying the cooling system to the existing heating system and using water to circulate water and lower temperature of a house. A cooling boiler is composed of a cooling device installed at an existing heating system to use refrigeration of water instead of the air refrigeration. Cooled water is circulated to lower the temperature of the house and to reduce costs by using the existing boiler in the house. One operation of the cooling boiler improves the long cooling effect. In summer energy consumption is greatly reduced.
