Provided is a tire tread rubber composition for trucks and buses, which shows improved dispersibility and has improved abrasion resistance while maintaining a low viscosity. The tire tread rubber composition for trucks and buses comprises: 100 parts by weight of base rubber; 30-70 parts by weight of carbon black; and 1-10 parts by weight of a dispersant comprising a mixture of potassium soap with a fatty acid ester. The base rubber includes natural rubber or a blend of natural rubber with synthetic rubber. The dispersant contains potassium in an amount of 5-30 wt%. In the dispersant, the potassium soap and the fatty acid ester are present in a weight ratio of 1:1-1:3.
