A mobile terminal with an independently driven clock is provided to improve an added value of a mobile terminal by allowing a user to arbitrarily attach or detach various types and designs of watches to the mobile terminal. A battery pack(22) is combined with a terminal body and supplies power thereto. A clock(30) is detachably combined on an outer surface of the terminal body to display time, and independently operated by its own power regardless of charged power of the battery pack(22). A receiving part is provided on the front surface of the terminal, in which the clock is partially detachably received. A clock separating part is provided at the terminal body in order to selectively separate the clock.
