PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enhance work efficiency by shortening the manufacturing time of an air bladder 1. SOLUTION: A strip like reinforcing member 11 comprising a composite material, which is composed of a nonwoven fabric and a rubber, is pasted on the outer peripheral surface of the crown part 39 in a molding drum 37 along the peripheral direction of the crown part 39 while rotating the molding drum 37 around its drum axis C to mold the top part 21 in a reinforcing layer 9. A strip like reinforcing member 13 is pasted on the outer peripheral surfaces of a pair of the slope parts 41 and 43 in the molding drum 37 along the peripheral direction of the slope parts 41 and 43 to mold a pair of the skirt parts 23 and 25 in the reinforcing layer 9 before the reinforcing layer 9 is detached from the molding drum 37 while rotating the molding drum 37 around its drum axis C.
