METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF PAPER YARN

Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing paper yarn by cutting paper to a predetermined width to form paper tape and twisting the paper tape. In this case, the paper tape, unwound from a bobbin by an external force, passes through the bobbin in the axial direction thereof, and the passing paper tape is rotated in the axial direction of the bobbin, so that the paper tape is twisted. According to the present invention, a winding amount is not limited to the size of a ring, unlike a conventional ring spinning frame, and a large amount of paper yarn can be wound around a cone or similar part without the necessity of connecting segments of paper yarn from a plurality of cones, thus considerably reducing labor, and remarkably increasing productivity.
