<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a porous ceramic product which is utilized as a granulating agent for agriculture, a grout, a soil conditioner or the like, in addition as a dioxin or heavy metal adsorbent or the like, by utilizing industrial wastes such as coal fly ashes, woody wastes such as thinnings or the like and by clarifying the characteristics of the porous ceramics. <P>SOLUTION: The porous ceramic product is manufactured by alkali-treating coal fly ashes as raw material to convert them into a zeolite having a crystal structure containing a number of three-dimensional cavities, while by producing granulated thinnings by chopping woody wastes such as thinnings or the like as raw material into fine granules in a cutter mill grinding machine, and then by blending the synthetic zeolite and the granulated thinnings to obtain a basic material, and further by selectively mixing a clay mineral such as KANUMA soil or the like as a binder with the basic material, and subsequently by uniformly firing the basic material or a mixed material in addition to the basic material selectively mixed with the clay mineral such as KANUMA soil or the like in a temperature range of about 600-900°C while agitating in an agitating firing machine to create a product coated with the ceramic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
