PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the burn of a driving electromagnet in a vibrator in a vibration type component supply device for indirectly heating components while aligning them by heating a component carrying member. SOLUTION: A heat insulating material 8 is held between a chute (the component carrying member) 1 for indirectly heating the components with a heater 6 and the vibrator 3 incorporating the driving electromagnet 9. Cooling air is blown from a pipe joint 11 mounted on a cover 10 covering the side face of the vibrator 3 into the vibrator 3 for suppressing the temperature rise of the driving electromagnet 9 to surely prevent the burn thereof.
