PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep groove type microreactor having a novel flow channel structure improved in mass-productivity while putting its feature to practical use and a structure for increasing the mutual contact area of raw material fluids so as to more accelerate the reaction/mixture of the fluids to enhance reaction efficiency while holding an ideal fluidity that the fluids are spread into a thin film in a depth direction so as not to cause channelling to come into contact with each other. SOLUTION: The deep groove type microreactor is constituted so that a flow channel comprising an almost rectangular microspace having short and long sides is provided, injection holes for injecting the raw material fluids in a reaction flow channel are provided to the wall surface of the reaction flow channel on the long side of the microspace and the fluids supplied on the downstream side with respect to the fluids on the upstream side are supplied so that the cross-sectional shapes of the fluids in a flow direction become wavy by providing the recesses or barrier plate-like projections comprising the grooves regularly provided to the wall surface of the raw material flow channel on the wall surface of the raw material fluid.
