PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a print producing method by which time taken until a customer receives prints after he (she) orders is made a nearly fixed time by making printing processing time to produce the prints of one order nearly constant even when a plurality of orders are received. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has: an image forming part which produces the prints of one order, based on order information data concerning the content of the order of the prints of one order given by the customer; a print packing part for packing the prints produced by the image forming part for every order; and an accumulation part provided between the image forming part and the print packing part, and having at least two print receiving parts where the prints of one order are accumulated in every order and a supply part which supplies the prints of one order from the respective print receiving parts to the print packing part.
