PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid jetting head which can prevent a deterioration in droplet delivery characteristics. SOLUTION: By the method for manufacturing the liquid jetting head which is equipped with a nozzle plate with a nozzle opening for discharging a droplet, a passage forming substrate which has a pressure generation chamber communicating with the nozzle opening and is joined to the nozzle plate with an adhesive and a piezoelectric element which is installed in the area corresponding to the pressure generation chamber of the passage forming substrate through a diaphragm and applies a pressure for discharging the droplet to the inside of the pressure generation chamber, the nozzle plate 20 and the passage forming substrate 10 are joined with the adhesive 15 after giving a hydrophilic treatment to the area opposing the pressure generation chamber 12 which is consecutive to the joining part at least of the joint part side which is joined to the passage forming substrate 10 of the nozzle plate 20 with the adhesive 15.
