PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gas of an atmospheric state in a crankcase from leaking out into a compression space when stopping this compressor or carrying out no-load operating in a booster type compressor. SOLUTION: Pressurized gas tried to be sent out by pressurization is introduced into the crankcase 1 of a sealed state. The pressurized gas in the crankcase 1 is further pressurized by a piston 13 reciprocating in a cylinder 2 continuously arranged in the crankcase 1, and is delivered from a tip part of the cylinder 2.
