The invention relates to a plastic, blow-moulded inner door element (1) which is in the form of a cavity for arranging between an outer metal sheet and a lining of a motor vehicle door comprising a window, whereby the cavity thereof (2) comprises an outer wall which is oriented towards the outer metal sheet and an inner wall (4) which is oriented towards the lining. The inner wall comprises at least one opening (5) for installing a functional part, in particular, a loud speaker and is provided with a seal on the edge of the outer wall which is oriented towards the inner metal sheet of the motor vehicle door. The aim of the invention is to improve the comfort of a motor vehicle which is equipped with said type of inner door element. As a result, at least one opening (11), which is used to guide air, is provided on the cavity and an air separation channel (18), which is to be formed, is associated with the window pane of the motor vehicle door, said channel being provided with a plurality of serially arranged air inlet openings or an air outlet opening which is embodied as a slot, in addition to a plurality of noise-absorbing, small box-shaped hollow chambers which are to be formed in the outer wall and/or the inner wall, which are associated with a common air chamber which is closed between the outer wall and the inner wall (4), and which is separated from the air separating channel.
