PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a column and a beam capable of changing the story height of a building, and capable of changing use, by adding the aseismatic function to a joining part, by reducing welding/processing of a steel frame joining structure. SOLUTION: The beam is used as a plug type sheath pipe joint. The column is cut and formed as a through-column without processing. An insertion part of a sheath pipe is frictionally joined by as stainless steel plate, and the seismic response control function is added by frictional sliding, and can be attached/detached by the disassembling function by a wedge/bolt of a joint part.
