PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a semiconductor laser element so as not to be moved, after inserting the semiconductor laser element into a light source holding member. SOLUTION: A fitting hole 22A for allowing the light-emitting part 21A of the semiconductor laser element 21 is formed in the light source holding member 22 which holds the semiconductor laser element 21, and a claw 30 for preventing falling-off of the semiconductor laser element 21 is provided protrusively in the inner wall of the fitting hole 22A.
