The method involves fastening a corrugated web (38) of a preliminary product-web (34) to a bottom web (36) of the web (34). The corrugated web exhibits a corrugated structure that is formed in a wave shape or comb shape. The preliminary product-web is divided into stripes, and is joined to an adhered and coated composite material. The bottom web and the corrugated web are produced from respective flat materials, which exhibit different material properties. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for quasi-continuously producing a corrugated paper composite material (2) a corrugated paper composite material with a bottom web and a corrugated web.
